Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Prepare for Shipping
Disassemble the furniture and pack it securely in its original packaging to ensure the items are protected from damage during transit.
- 3.Schedule a Pickup
Once your return is authorized, we will arrange for a specialized freight carrier to collect the items directly from your home or office at a scheduled time.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
